Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) today announced a 5.3% increase in its
quarterly common stock dividend to $0.20 per share from $0.19 per share.
The increased dividend is payable September 15, 2015, to shareholders of
record August 31, 2015. The new annual dividend rate for the common
stock is $0.80 per share.
