Kenneth C. Bockhorst, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer

Ken Bockhorst joined Badger Meter in October 2017 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer January 1, 2019 and Chairman of the Board January 1, 2020. He has more than 20 years of experience in global operations management. Prior to joining Badger Meter, he served at Actuant Corporation for six years, most recently as Executive Vice President of the energy segment. His career also includes product management and operational leadership roles at IDEX Corporation and Eaton Corporation. He received a bachelor’s degree in operations management, marketing and human resources from Marian University and an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Daniel R. Weltzien, Vice President – Chief Financial Officer

Daniel R. Weltzien was appointed Vice President – Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Badger Meter, effective January 1, 2026, following seven years as Vice President – Controller. In this capacity, he directs the company’s overall financial strategy and management, including accounting, external reporting, investor relations, and treasury operations. Before joining Badger Meter in 2019, Mr. Weltzien spent eight years in business unit finance and internal audit roles at Actuant Corporation. He gained eight years of public accounting experience at Deloitte & Touche LLP earlier in his career. He holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Fred J. Begale, Vice President – Utility New Product Development

Fred Begale was appointed Vice President - Utility New Product Development in January 2026. He joined Badger Meter in 2007 as director of business development and was promoted to Vice President - Engineering in 2011, with responsibility for all of the company’s engineering and product design and development activities. Prior to joining Badger Meter, Mr. Begale was at Eaton Corporation for nearly 20 years in various operations, research, product development, engineering, technology and project management roles. He received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, a master’s in engineering management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and completed an executive development program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

William R.A. Bergum, Vice President – General Counsel and Secretary

Bill Bergum has served in his current position with Badger Meter since 2003, with responsibility for global legal affairs, corporate governance, compliance and risk management. Prior to joining Badger Meter, Mr. Bergum was corporate counsel for a U.S. division of Veolia Environmental Services. His career also includes serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Fortis Health and staff attorney for Care Providers of Minnesota. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from the University of Wisconsin and a juris doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law.

Edward F. Callahan, Vice President – Engineering

Ed Callahan joined Badger Meter in 2026 as Vice President – Engineering. He brings more than 20 years of global engineering leadership experience in aerospace, industrial automation and advanced manufacturing, most recently serving as Senior Director – Global Engineering for BW Converting Technologies at Barry‑Wehmiller. He has led global engineering organizations across multiple sites and countries, driving improvements in product development processes, engineering integration and IoT‑enabled technology platforms. Ed previously held engineering and product management leadership roles at Astronautics Corporation, EMTEQ, and Ingersoll‑Rand. He holds a TRIUM Global Executive MBA from London School of Economics, NYU Stern, & HEC Paris and a BSME from Drexel University.

Sheryl Hopkins, Vice President – Human Resources

Sheryl Hopkins joined Badger Meter in her current role in October 2020. She is responsible for leading and overseeing all of the company’s human resources policies, programs and practices. Prior to joining Badger Meter, Ms. Hopkins served as Vice President of Human Resources for ADVENT. Her career also includes human resources leadership positions at Runzheimer International, Eaton Corporation and other multinational public companies. She holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor relations from UW-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from UW-Whitewater. 

Richard Htwe, Vice President – Global Operations

Rich Htwe joined Badger Meter in his current role in January 2023 and is responsible for global manufacturing operations and supply chain. Prior to joining Badger Meter, Mr. Htwe spent nearly 30 years in global operations roles most recently as VP-Global Operations for InSinkErator, a division of Emerson Electric. Prior to InSinkErator, he spent eight years as VP-Global Operations for Wahl Clipper Corporation and 10 years with Oshkosh Corporation including roles across manufacturing, customer service, continuous improvement and general management. Mr. Htwe began his career at United Technologies as a manufacturing engineer. He holds a Master of Business Administration, concentration in finance, from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Project Management Professional and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Kimberly K. Stoll, Vice President – Customer Support and General Manager – SmartCover

Kim Stoll is Vice President – Customer Support and General Manager – SmartCover. Ms. Stoll oversees both North America-based customer care, sales operations and customer success resources and has overall responsibility for SmartCover. She joined Badger Meter in 2008 as director of utility marketing, was promoted to Vice President – Marketing in 2009, and was named Vice President – Sales and Marketing in 2012. Prior to joining Badger Meter, Kim worked for Rockwell Automation in a variety of human resources and marketing capacities. Earlier in her career, she practiced law with the firms of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. and Beck, Chaet, Bamberger & Polsky, S.C. in Milwaukee. She received a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin and a juris doctorate from Marquette University.

Matthew L. Stuyvenberg, Executive Vice President – SaaS, Global Commercial and International Utility

Matt Stuyvenberg was named Executive Vice President-SaaS, Global Commerical and International Utility in January 2026, after having served as Vice President-SaaS, Global Commercial and International Utility since September 2024. Mr. Stuyvenberg is responsible for leading the global software and flow instrumentation business, along with advancing our international municipal water opportunities. Since joining Badger Meter in 2007 as a Mechanical Engineer of Applied Research, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Supervisor - CAE, Manager - Mechanical Engineering, Director of Utility Engineering, Senior Director of Water Quality and Vice President - Software and Water Quality. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MSOE and an Executive MBA in International Business from Marquette University.

Christina M. Tarantino, Vice President – Controller

Christina M. Tarantino is Vice President – Controller at Badger Meter, where she leads the global accounting and finance function. Tarantino joined Badger Meter in 2022 as the Director of Accounting and External Reporting, with responsibility over financial reporting, disclosure preparation and financial controls. With over 15 years of progressive accounting leadership, she previously served as Controller at Gehl Foods and Director of Finance at Techniplas, with earlier roles at Dickten Masch Plastics. She began her career in public accounting at Baker Tilly. Tarantino holds both an MPA and BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Robert A. Wrocklage, Executive Vice President – North America Municipal Utility

Bob Wrocklage was appointed Executive Vice President – North America Municipal Utility at Badger Meter, effective January 1, 2026, following a  seven-year tenure as Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wrocklage oversees sales, marketing, operations and engineering for Badger Meter’s North America municipal utility offering and customers. Before joining Badger Meter in 2018, Wrocklage spent nearly a decade at Actuant Corporation (now Enerpac Tool Group), most recently serving as Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to that, he held various corporate and business unit financial leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Earlier in his career, Wrocklage worked for seven years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
