MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 15, 2013--
The Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) Board of Directors today declared a
regular quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share to shareholders of
record February 28, 2013, payable March 15, 2013.
This is the same amount voted in the previous quarter.
