BADGER METER ANNOUNCES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
Milwaukee, Wis., November 11, 2011 …..Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) announced that the Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 16 cents per share to shareholders of record November 30, 2011, payable December 15, 2011. This is the same amount voted in the previous quarter.
