Kenneth C. Bockhorst, President and Chief Executive Officer

Ken joined Badger Meter in October 2017 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer January 1, 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in global operations management. Prior to joining Badger Meter, he served at Actuant Corporation for six years, most recently as executive vice president of the energy segment. His career also includes product management and operational leadership roles at IDEX Corporation and Eaton Corporation. He received a bachelor’s degree in operations management, marketing and human resources from Marian University and an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Robert A. Wrocklage, Vice President - Finance, CFO and Treasurer

Bob was promoted to VP-Finance, CFO and Treasurer effective January 1, 2019 after joining Badger Meter in August 2018 as VP-Finance. Prior to joining Badger Meter, he served at Actuant Corporation where he most recently held the position of Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer since October 2016. He also held various finance leadership roles within their Enerpac division and three years as Internal Audit Leader. Prior to Actuant, Bob spent seven years at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marquette University and is a CPA.

Fred J. Begale, Vice President – Engineering

Fred joined Badger Meter in 2007 as director of business development and was promoted to VP-Engineering in 2011, with responsibility for all of the company’s engineering and product design and development activities. Prior to joining Badger Meter, Fred was at Eaton Corporation for nearly 20 years in various operations, research, product development, engineering, technology and project management roles. He received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, a master’s in engineering management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and completed an executive development program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

William R.A. Bergum, Vice President – General Counsel and Secretary

Bill has served in his current position with Badger Meter since 2003, with responsibility for global legal affairs, corporate governance, compliance and risk management. Prior to joining Badger Meter, Bill was corporate counsel for a U.S. division of Veolia Environmental Services. His career also includes serving as vice president and assistant general counsel for Fortis Health and staff attorney for Care Providers of Minnesota. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from the University of Wisconsin and a juris doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law.

Gregory M. Gomez, Vice President – Global Flow Instrumentation and International Utility

Greg is responsible for global flow instrumentation, utility water outside NA and business development. He joined Badger Meter in 1984 as an intern, and since has served in numerous positions with increasing responsibility. From 1987 to 2009, he held various roles in the company’s engineering department including VP-Engineering. He served as VP-Development from 2009 to 2014 and added responsibility for flow measurement and mergers and acquisition activities in 2015. Greg received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University.

Trina L. Jashinsky, Vice President-Human Resources

Trina joined Badger Meter in her current role in 2016. She is responsible for leading and overseeing all of the company’s human resources policies, programs and practices. Prior to joining Badger Meter, she served as vice president of human resources for Gannett, Inc. (formerly Journal Media Group, Inc.). Her career also includes human resources leadership positions at Fiserv Inc., Johnson Controls, Inc. and Journal Communications, Inc. She received a bachelor’s degree in public administration and personnel management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Raymond G. Serdynski, Vice President – Manufacturing

Ray joined Badger Meter in 1988 as a manufacturing engineer and production supervisor. During his nearly 30 years with the company, he has held positions with increasing responsibility including production manager, plant manager and director of manufacturing. He was named to his current position in 2008. Prior to joining Badger Meter, he held various engineering positions with Honeywell Avionics, Square D and Philips Circuit Assembly. He received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University and a master’s degree in engineering management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Kimberly K. Stoll, Vice President – Sales and Marketing

Kim joined Badger Meter in 2008 as director of utility marketing. She was named VP-Marketing in 2009, and VP- Sales and Marketing in 2012. She oversees all sales and marketing strategy, planning, execution and customer experience activities. Prior to joining Badger Meter, Kim worked for Rockwell Automation in a variety of human resources and marketing capacities. She also practiced law with the firms of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. and Beck, Chaet, Bamberger & Polsky, S.C. in Milwaukee. She received a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin and a juris doctorate from Marquette University.

Daniel R. Weltzien, Vice President – Controller

Dan joined Badger Meter in January 2019 and was named VP-Controller in March 2019. Prior to joining Badger Meter, he spent eight years at Actuant Corporation in various financial roles including Internal Audit and business unit financial leadership. He began his career in public accounting at Deloitte and Touche LLP. Dan has a Masters of Professional Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and is a CPA.
